Flexibility & Core Squads
Held in our purpose designed PHYZ X Pilates studio, Flexibility and Core Squads are aimed at kids of all ages to improve their fundamental skills of flexibility, strength and control to help enhance their performance and prevent injury. This offering is a great adjunct to other sports such as gymnastics, dancing, swimming and netball but is also very beneficial as a stand-alone exercise option for kids and teens.
Sports Squads are an option for aspiring athletes that want to improve their performance in a variety of sporting codes. Under the guidance of an Ahtletics Australia certified coach, sports Squads develop skills in a diverse range of sports allowing young athletes to improve in multiple skills and practice specific task components to improve overall strength and conditioning.
High- Performance Coaching
An option for adult athletes or advanced young athletes to train at a higher level with our PHYZ X FIT Team. These sessions are designed to push each individual to improve performance without burnout or injury. Performing at an elite level is all about balance; our high performance coaching gives you the assurance that you are training the right way at the right time under trained guidance/supervision.
